This post is about A Monte Mayor plot , the process in building a villa to be and sold on
the open market, either prior or upon completion of the project. We are very excited as CMH.Properties about being involved with the building of a villa on a plot of land within easy reach of The Mayor Golf & country club Mainly as this is such an interesting project , but also to be able to share with you the process explained, hopefully by professionals, over the coming months, An Architect , a lawyer and project the manager. Firstly though & for the benefit of those of you ,who are unsure of the location. Monte Mayor is in the community of Benahavis in Andalusia, Spain. Some of you may recognise the name Monte Mayor golf and country club. Most will recognise the famous town of Marbella and the jet set location of Puerto Banus, both are an easy twenty to thirty minute drive. It could be argued that the lovely town of Estepona is closer. As for flying in to the area, a Heliport, is rumoured to be in for consideration. Flying into one of the larger airports from further away, there are really only two logical choices. You have, either ,Malaga airport with easy asses with the toll road. Alternatively you have Gibraltar with about a forty minute drive away. Either city, be it Malaga or
Gibraltar is a worthy city.
After speaking to the owner of the plot who is a keen as myself to record the building of the villa. As an aspiring amateur videographer it makes perfect sense and an ideal subject. 2nd post will be talking with the owner,a Mr Richheimer , who will go on to outline his vision. Followed by post number three, which will be , we have been told and agreed to, a meet and hopefully record the highly talented Ismael Merida the Architect of the project in two weeks time. This I am thoroughly looking forward to.. With a completion date set for late April, we have several months in which to update you with our progress by word, image and video.
